CANCELLATION POLICY
A. Grace Period Clients are allowed a maximum 15-minute grace period after their scheduled appointment time. Arrivals beyond this window will result in cancellation , be marked as a no-show or require a late fee determined by the number of minutes past the scheduled time B. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a permanent restriction from booking future appointments. C. Deposit Policy A non-refundable $25 deposit is required to confirm all appointments. If rescheduling is necessary, it must occur within 72 hours of the original appointment in order for the deposit to be transferred. After 72 hours, a new deposit will be required.
